With proper stewardship, Raw human hair can last upwards of 3-5 years. We recommend co-washing (using conditioner only) bi-weekly and avoiding heavy oils that weigh down the strands. Always sleep with a silk bonnet to preserve the cuticle alignment and moisture
Everg bundle we sell originates from a single donor. This ensures that the cuticle
direction, color tonality, and texture are uniform throughout the piece. Our single-donor bundles behave like
a natural extension of yourself.
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we uphold a strict 14-dau
exchange policy for unopened, unwashed, and unaltered bundles. We do not offer
cash refunds, but are happy to assist in exchanging textures or lengths if the
original seal remains intact.
Because our hair is 100% human and unprocessed, it takes color exceptionally well. It
can be bleached while maintaining integrity. However, we
strongly recommend all chemical services be performed by a licensed professional
to avoid over-processing.
